distributions from a testamentary trust to a husband
during marriage are community property only if the
husband held a present possessory right to the corpus.

Intermittent Explosive Disorder Warrants Termination

The Beaumont Court of Appeals affirmed termination of a
mother's parental rights when a court-appointed special
advocate submitted a report the mother had been
diagnosed with "intermittent explosive disorder." In
re: E.I.T., 299 S.W.3d 919 (Tex. App. - Beaumont
2009).

Asking for the Correct Findings

If you ask for findings of fact and conclusions of law
under T.R.C.P. 296, you can't complaint that the trial
court didn't make findings of fact and conclusions of
law under Tex. Fam. Code § 154.130. In re: T.A.,
