Intermittent Explosive Disorder Warrants Termination

The Beaumont Court of Appeals affirmed termination of
a mother's parental rights when a court-appointed
special advocate submitted a report the mother had
been diagnosed with "intermittent explosive
disorder." In re: E.I.T., 299 S.W.3d 919 (Tex.
App. - Beaumont 2009).
